Kelli Poole - Founder and CEO
Kelli Poole is the founder & namesake of Talent Poole Consulting. She is fueled by her ever-expanding belief in the capacity of humanity and believes strongly in dismantling systems of oppression to build a future that values equity and inclusion.
For over 15 years, Kelli has worked at the intersection of housing, health, and economic development to address complex problems like ending homelessness, reforming and divesting from criminal justice systems, and integrating community-based services into health and behavioral healthcare. She has managed large teams in the public and non-profit sectors and designed multi-year, multi-million dollar talent acquisition initiatives focused on recruiting, equipping, and retaining leaders across the social impact sector.
Grounded in her southern roots Kelli aspires to make the world a more hospitable place. She delights in connecting with dreamers, leaders, problem solvers, and problem causers. Kelli welcomes complex questions and has an immense capacity to hold space for both/and moments of life. She is currently bi-coastal and splits her time between Los Angeles, California, and Charleston, South Carolina. Kelli is a self-described “curiosity-driven entrepreneur” and she loves following the thread of inspiration for new projects. From career strategy to public speaking to retreat hosting, she appreciates the limitless options that her career affords her to learn and explore. When not traveling, Kelli enjoys staring at the trees in her backyard, curating exciting experiences with friends and starting more books than she finishes.
